Our gym offers 3 workout studios, a cycling studio, wide variety of resistance weight machines, free weights area, large range of cardio equipment, functional training facilities, sauna in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms and over 30 classes per week. All of this is included in our membership price as well as a free induction and program when you join, and a free Boditrax analysis every 8 weeks.
