Duncan’s journey to Marathon Des Sables: Week 10
Hi all,
I had a great time skiing. Emma, Reuben and I skied our first black run in Bansko Bulgaria. We got back Thursday evening and I was back to work Friday morning with 1-2-1 boxing. It will be light training this week apart from my 3 days in the heat chamber on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I fly out to Morocco Friday morning ready to start my run on the 8th of April.
I’ll let you all know how the heat chamber is before I fly out.
