We are a local family run gym in Havant that welcomes and supports everyone who walks through the door

My Fitness Hub is a local, family-run 24/7 gym in Havant, headed by husband and wife team, Emma and Duncan Teasdale. My Fitness Hub is a fitness centre that welcomes and supports everyone that walks through the door, no matter your goal. Whether you’re joining to lose weight, gain muscle or for overall improved fitness, our team are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

We are proud to be a community fitness centre. There is something for everyone. We are constantly listening to our members, updating facilities, adding classes, new equipment and new ideas to the club.

We are proud to say we have a friendly, passionate, professional team who actively encourage and support members with their goals.

We offer FREE PARKING for all members to help you build YOUR FITNESS, YOUR FUTURE.

Emma & Duncan

Directors

Emma & Duncan have owned the gym in Havant since 2007 and have worked relentlessly to develop the club into the super friendly, well equipped and great value gym that it is today. Both Emma and Duncan have an active role in the club; ex boxer, Duncan is heavily involved with all aspects of the business, whilst Emma oversees the administration, marketing and accounts side of the business.

Tina

Reception/Admin

Tina joined the reception team in May 2019 with over 20 years’ experience in customer service and administration skills. Tina has worked in the Fitness and Leisure industry for much of that time and is ready to answer your enquiries with a welcoming smile and a plethora of advice. Outside of work, Tina loves participating in our keep fit classes- especially Spin!

Becks

Reception/Admin

Becks is here every Saturday with a warm smile and a hearty laugh that lights up the entire reception area. As the soul of the desk, she brings energy, kindness, and a genuine love for connecting with people. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, Becks makes everyone feel right at home.

Morgan

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Morgan is here to help you settle in and feel at ease as soon as you step foot in our gym. As our first point of contact, she’s always ready to lend a helping hand and provide valuable support.  With her talent for creativity and a fun-loving attitude, she’ll definitely enjoy having a nice chat with you.

Louis

Membership Co-ordinator & Nutritionist

Louis is here to assist with all your everyday enquiries, bringing a wealth of knowledge with him. As a Level 3 trained Nutritionist, Louis has a deep understanding of health and wellness and is passionate about helping others lead healthier lives. With a love for working out and living an active lifestyle, Louis is dedicated to supporting you throughout your fitness journey.

Duncan

Director and Fitness Instructor

Duncan’s classes are all about energy, motivation and genuine care. A former boxer with a deep passion for fitness, he’s dedicated to helping you stay in shape and boost your overall wellbeing through strength training. Duncan’s sessions will leave you feeling stronger and fitter inside out

Tom

Fitness Instructor

Tom brings extensive experience from his time in the Royal Navy, along with a strong passion for fitness. He enjoys group training, weightlifting and is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Join Tom for his Flex and Stretch class on Monday’s and take the next step towards achieving your body goals.

Glen

Fitness Instructor

With many years of experience in the fitness industry, Glen brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session. Specialising in kettlebell training and deadlifting, he combines functional strength with precision technique. His background in martial arts and CrossFit adds depth to his coaching style, blending power, discipline, and intensity.

Kelly

Fitness Instructor

Kelly has over 18 years’ experience within the fitness industry specialising in Yoga, Meditation, Boxing and Weight training. Kelly’s Saturday Yoga class provides a peaceful start to the weekend.

Chris

Fitness Instructor

Chris has participated in cycling events up to 200km distance and enjoys following a balanced programme including cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility work. Chris leads our Pilates and Spin classes and greatly enjoys the satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals.

April

Fitness Instructor

As a professional Dancer and fitness expert, April loves to watch her regular members adapt, progress and hit their fitness goals. April teaches a range of classes from Body & Strength to Aerobics at My Fitness Hub Havant.

Ellie

Fitness Instructor

Ellie’s vibrant personality shines through in her Bounce and Yoga classes where her friendly and enthusiastic approach is sure to energise you. Apart from expertly leading classes, Ellie is pursuing her veterinary nurse degree, providing care to all our furry friends.

Fitness Instructor

With his enthusiasm for leading group classes (especially spin) you can rest assured that with Ryan by your side, you’ll receive incredible support tailored specifically to your unique requirements and aspirations.
