My Fitness Hub is a fitness centre that welcomes and supports everyone that walks through the door, no matter your goal.

Whether you’re looking to join a gym to lose weight, gain muscle, or for overall improved fitness, our team are here to support you every step of the way.

At My Fitness Hub, we offer everything you need to kick start your fitness regime, from 40+ group exercise classes per week, a free weights area, an excellent range of cardio equipment, and much, much more!

All of our adult memberships offer a fantastic range of products and services, including:

  • Full use of Gym
  • Access to 40+ classes per week*
  • Use of sauna**
  • Free induction (if required)
