We need all requests for membership cancellation in writing. Please send us an email to club@myfitnesshubhavant.com or visit the club to fill out a cancellation form. 14 days’ notice is required for us to process membership cancellations

Are there any student or group discounts?

Yes! We have a membership specifically for students, Veterans & Blue light workers so you can enjoy using our wonderful facilities at a reduced prices.  We also have membership for Juniors (14 & 15 year olds) and Young Persons (16 & 17 year olds)!

Confirmation of your membership will be sent to your email address and the club simultaneously. You are then a member and can use the club the same day.

What does ‘no contract’ mean?

All our membership are ‘ Non contract’ so you are not contractually tied to us for any specified period of time, therefore you can submit your 1 month cancellation notice at any time.

What is a club enhancement fee?

Once a year on the 1st October, we charge a club enhancement fee of £20 to every member. This money is invested in improvements to the club each October. This ensures that you, the member, continue to benefit from a well maintained, superbly equipped facility.

What is the activation fee for?

The activation fee is a ‘one off’ initial charge to cover the initial induction included in your membership. The activation fee is not applicable on our contract membership.
