We pride ourselves on having a friendly and approachable team here at My Fitness Hub, but there are 2 members of our team who are often behind the scenes midweek keeping the directors on their toes.
Some of you may have met the gorgeous Madge and Alfie. Madge is an 11 year old border terrier who has to keep a watchful eye over her 1 year old staffie companion, Alfie. Both are exceptionally well behaved and very affectionate. Madge is happy to entertain herself in her own little office space ensuring the smooth running of the gym whilst Alfie is often patiently waiting for his next cuddle or play with anyone who’ll give him the time of day-he can even be found sneaking around downstairs occasionally! Our gym pups are an absolute joy to be around and definitely break up the day when they’re in. Well trained and friendly, they are a credit to their loving owners and our directors, Emma and Duncan.
