All new members of My Fitness Hub are invited to book in for a FREE 30-minute induction (optional) at reception. This induction is aimed at giving our members the knowledge and confidence to be able to use the gym equipment both safely and correctly.

A 15-minute induction is mandatory for members under 18 years old.
