How do I book an induction with My Fitness Hub?

All new members of My Fitness Hub are invited to book in for a FREE 30-minute induction (optional) at reception. This induction is aimed at giving our members the knowledge and confidence to be able to use the gym equipment both safely and correctly. A 15-minute induction is mandatory for members under 18 years old.

GYM Opening times

We are open 24/7!

RECEPTION/CAFE TIMES

Monday – Friday: 9am – 12.00pm & 4pm - 7.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 2pm

Bank Holidays: 9am – 2pm

We will be closed from 2pm 24 December to 6am on the 27 December and 2pm 31 December to 6am 2 January

Under 18’s are only able to be in the club during core hours Mon-Fri 6am-8.30pm, Sat-Sun 8am-3.30pm, Bank Holidays 8am-1.30pm

Reception and Bar Area closed daily between 12pm- 4pm. Weekends from 2pm.
(Emergency call buttons available for anyone requiring urgent assistance.)
Staff members will still be on site during this time, however, they will not be available for general enquiries.
